12 Oz Barilla Artisanal Collection Cheese & Spinach Tortellini
1 clove H‑E‑B Peeled Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp H‑E‑B Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 cup(s) H‑E‑B Organics Baby Spinach
3/4 cup(s) Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Julienne-Cut Tomatoes
1/2 Tsp H‑E‑B Fine Crystals Mediterranean Sea Salt
1/4 Tsp H‑E‑B Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup(s) H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Italian Style Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions.

Meanwhile, press garlic with the flat of your knife. Add to a large skillet along with olive oil and sauté for one minute over medium heat.

Add spinach and sun dried tomatoes; season with salt and pepper, and sauté for several minutes. Discard garlic.

Drain pasta, add to skillet, and gently combine. Transfer to a serving platter or bowl and top with cheese.
