2 Lb bone in beef short ribs
1 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed
1 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed
1 cup(s) all purpose flour, plus more as needed
1/4 cup(s) grapeseed oil
2 cup(s) Mi Tierra Tomatillo Sauce
1/3 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped
1 cup(s) white onions, thinly sliced or julienned
1 cup(s) beef stock

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325˚F. Place a cast iron pan over medium-high heat.

Season short ribs with salt and pepper and roll in flour, shaking off excess.

Add oil to hot pan and sear ribs 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

Stir in tomatillo sauce, cilantro, onions, and beef stock.

Cover with foil, and bake 3 to 4 hours or until ribs are fall apart tender.

Serve over rice or pasta and season to taste as needed.
