1 Lb H-E-B Pork Breakfast Sausage
3 cup(s) H-E-B All Purpose Baking Mix
1 cup(s) H-E-B Carolina Reaper Shredded Cheese
1/2 Tsp Central Market Organics Paprika
1/4 cup(s) green onion(s), tops only, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Whole Milk

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.

In a medium bowl, break sausage into small pieces with a spoon or fork.

Add baking mix, Carolina Reaper cheese, paprika, and green onions. Stir a few times to mix. Add milk and stir until baking mix is completely incorporated. Rest for 2 minutes.

Lightly oil your hands then roll 2 tablespoons of sausage mixture into a loose ball. Place on prepared pan and repeat, leaving 1 inch between balls.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until biscuits are lightly browned on top.

Chefs Tip: You may want to use 2 baking sheets as this recipe makes a lot. Goes great with country gravy for a spicy breakfast!
