1 Lb ground beef 80/20
1 Tbsp True Texas BBQ Sweet TX Heat Rub
14 1/2 Oz Black Beans, drained and rinsed
15 1/2 Oz Texas Style Chili No Beans
1/2 cup(s) water
4 Flour Tortillas, cut in half then in 1/2 inch strips
14 Oz Pico De Gallo, drained
2 cup(s) Carolina Reaper Shredded Cheese
2 Tbsp green onion(s), green tops only, thinly sliced

Instructions

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Drain drippings from pan.

Add BBQ seasoning, black beans, chili and water to beef and stir well to combine.

Reduce heat to medium and add tortilla strips. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally so tortillas don't stick together.

Spread pico de gallo over beef mixture then top with cheese. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle green onions on top and serve with sour cream if desired.

Chefs Tip: After adding cheese, place pan under broiler until cheese melts and is beginning to brown slightly.
