Blue Cheese and Apple Burgers

1 Lb H-E-B 93% Ground Beef
2 Lb granny smith apple
1/2 cup(s) Ken's Chunky Blue Cheese
2 Oz blue cheese crumbles
5 Oz baby spinach
4 H-E-B Hamburger Buns

Instructions

Form ground beef into 4 equal patties.

Remove core and seeds from apple. Slice apple crosswise into thin rounds.

Heat grill to high. Grill patties about 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.

While patties are cooking, grill apple rounds until golden brown.

Spread dressing over buns and crumble blue cheese (if desired).

Place burgers on buns and top with grilled apple slices and spinach leaves.
