10 .7000 Oz Veggie Noodle Co. Sweet Potato Noodles
12 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF and spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

Evenly distribute sweet potato spirals among the 12 muffin cups to resemble a nest.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then crack one egg into each sweet potato nest. Season with pepper and bake 15 minutes.
