4 slices H-E-B Pitmaster Bacon
1 Lb H-E-B Frozen Baby Homestyle Potatoes
1 yellow onion(s), chopped
1/4 cup(s) fresh garlic, minced
2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Whole Milk
3 cup(s) H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup(s) H-E-B Restaurant Style 50/50 Blend Cheese
2 Tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Place bacon on a sheet pan and bake 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, microwave potatoes 4 minutes then place bacon and potatoes in a food processor and pulse for 1 minute.

Place a medium stock pot over high heat. Add onions and garlic and cook 2 minutes.

Add milk and heavy cream and reduce heat to a simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add potato mixture and cook until heated through.

Top with green onions and cheese.
