Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 non-stick cooking spray
10 Oz tomato basil pasta sauce
2 chicken breasts, cubed
16 Oz whole wheat spaghetti
4 cup(s) H-E-B® Frozen Broccoli Normandy
1 cup(s) pizza blend cheese, shredded
1 French baguette, sliced

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Coat a large pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, combine the pasta sauce and cubed chicken.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 6 minutes; set aside.

Cook pasta according to package directions, but after first 6 minutes, add frozen vegetables and cook 3 more minutes.

Drain pasta and vegetables and add to sauce and chicken mixture. Toss to combine.

Evenly fill the prepared baking pan with chicken spaghetti.

Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

Top with shredded cheese and serve with sliced French bread.
