Unsaved Seared Heart Shaped Ribeye with Green Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Heart Shaped Ribeye
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 cup Green Peppercorn Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Place a large pan over medium-high heat. Add avocado oil and tilt to coat. Season both sides of steak with salt and pepper then place in pan and cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 135°F, flipping steak every 30 seconds.
  2. Remove steak from pan and let rest for 5 minutes. Add green peppercorn sauce and heavy cream to pan and stir to combine; remove from heat.
  3. To serve, spoon some of the sauce onto a plate and place steak on top.
