1/4 cup(s) olive oil
2 Tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Beef Fajita Seasoning
1 Tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste (1 tsp is medium spicy)
10 Oz oyster crackers
10 Oz H-E-B Corn Chips, lightly salted
2 Tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix

Instructions

Heat oil, fajita seasoning and cayenne in a microwave on full power for 30 seconds, just to warm through. Stir to combine.

Add oyster crackers to a plastic storage container that's about three times the volume of the crackers. Gently spoon warm oil and seasoning over crackers then seal with lid.

Turn container over and gently shake to coat crackers evenly. Open lid and microwave crackers for 45 seconds on full power.

Empty corn chips over crackers and sprinkle ranch seasoning over the top. Stir to combine with crackers.

Reseal, turn over and shake again gently to coat. Remove lid and microwave again for 45 seconds.

Replace lid and turn over and gently shake to combine. Remove lid and serve.
