1 Lb lean ground beef
1 cup(s) Mild Pico de Gallo
12 Whole Grain Saltine Crackers, crushed
1 large Eggs
1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning Mix
2 cup(s) Restaurant Style 50/50 Blend Cheese, divided use

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, pico, crushed crackers, egg, seasoning, and half of the cheese. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Transfer to a baking dish and form into a loaf shape.

Top with remaining cheese, then place in center rack of oven and bake for 50 minutes or until center reaches 155°F.

Let stand a few minutes before slicing.
