3 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided use
1 Tbsp Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 cup(s) frozen sweet corn kernels
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub
2 Tbsp Byer's Best Candied Jalapeños, chopped

Instructions

Place a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons of butter and all of oil.

Add corn, toss to coat. Cook for 5 minutes stirring only occasionally until corn is lightly golden.

Add rub to pan and cook 2 minutes more.

Stir in candied jalapeños and cook 1 minute longer.

Add final tablespoon of butter and serve.
