16 1/2 Oz Hill Country Fare Strawberry Cake Mix
3 H-E-B Large Grade AA Eggs
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/4 cup(s) water
16 Oz Hill Country Fare Light Whipped Topping
6 kiwi, peeled and sliced
16 Oz strawberries, washed and halved

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and dust with 2 tablespoons flour; shake out excess.

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and 1 1/4 cup water in medium size bowl.

Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed with an electric mixer.

Pour cake batter into prepared baking pan and bake on center oven rack for 35 minutes or until done.

Let cake cool in pan on cake rack for 20-30 minutes and then cut into 1-inch cubes.

Cover bottom of 3-quart trifle or punch bowl with half of the cake pieces.

Spread 1 1/2 cups whipped topping over cake pieces and sprinkle with kiwi slices and strawberry halves.

Repeat layers topping off with remaining whipped topping and fruit.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more before serving.
