1 1/2 Lb wild sockeye salmon fillet
2 Tbsp Central Market Organics Lemon Infused Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
1/4 cup(s) Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Instructions

Heat charcoal or gas grill to 450°F.

Brush fillet with lemon olive oil, then season with black pepper.

Set grilling mesh on foil-lined baking sheet, and apply with non-stick cooking spray.

Place mesh on grill, close lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Brush with raspberry chipotle marinade, and grill 3 more minutes.
