13 Oz Snow's Chopped Clams
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Chopped Onions
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Chopped Celery
2 1/2 cup(s) baking potato, diced
2 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 cup(s) H-E-B Half & Half, fat free

Instructions

Combine juice from clams, onion, celery, potatoes, pepper, butter and 1 cup water in a large 4 quart sauce pot; bring to boil over high heat, and cover; adjust to low heat until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes; mash mixture with a potato masher to a chunky texture.

Add clams and half & half, and cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
