10 Oz H-E-B Organics Broccoli Slaw
1 1/4 Lb Alaskan Cod
1 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed
1 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed
1/2 cup(s) Orti Di Calabria Garlic, Tomato & Chili Stir in Sauce, plus more as needed
1 large lemon, thinly sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

On a sheet pan, place foil on pan followed by parchment paper. Use enough of each to be able to completely wrap and cover fish.

Add broccoli slaw in middle of sheet pan placing cod directly on top of slaw. Season fish liberally with salt and pepper.

Next, place chili paste evenly over cod followed by slices of lemon. Cover cod gently with foil and seal as best you can to keep juices together.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish is fully cooked and flaky. Allow fish to rest covered then uncover and serve.

Season to taste with salt and pepper as needed.
