4 Oz H-E-B Diced Pimento
9 Oz Hill Country Fare Canned Mushroom Stems and Pieces, drained and chopped
1/2 cup(s) white onions, chopped
1/2 cup(s) celery, chopped
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Sabor Tradicional Whole Jalapeño, chopped, with liquid
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B 100% Pure Olive Oil

Cook frozen black-eyed peas according to package directions; drain well.

Place black-eyed peas in a large mixing bowl; add pimiento, onion, celery, mushrooms, jalapeño, olive oil, salt and pepper.
