Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Lb Pork Loin, cleaned and trimmed
1 Tbsp Pure Olive Oil
2 garlic, minced
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tsp Adams Fancy Thyme Spice
1 Tsp Adams Reserve Rosemary Cracked
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp Adams Basil
1 1/2 cup(s) Grains Barley, Lentils & Split Peas

Instructions

Preheat oven to 475°F.

Place pork loin on a foil lined sheet pan.

Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl. Spread mixture over pork.

Roast 10 minutes.

Reduce temperature to 400°F and roast an additional 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155°F.

Rest 15 minutes before slicing.

Serve with the grains.
