Grilled Hawaiian Pork

1 1/2 Lb Seasoned Pork Tenderloin Peppercorn and Garlic
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Flyin' Saucy Teriyaki Wing Sauce, plus more as needed
4 slices of pineapple, plus more as desired

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375ºF.

Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray, place pork on grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side rotating until pork is nicely marked on all sides.

Turn grill heat down and move pork to finish cooking over indirect heat. Continue to cook until pork internal temperature reaches at least 155ºF. Set aside to rest, brush with teriyaki sauce.

Meanwhile, place pineapple slices on grill, and cook until just marked, approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Place grilled pineapple slices on pork, brush with more teriyaki sauce, slice and serve. Season to taste as needed.
