1/4 cup(s) olive oil
6 fresh white fish fillets
16 Oz Central Market Chipotle Salsa
1 cup(s) H-E-B Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

Instructions

Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking at 375°F.

Oil hot grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. You can also use a fish fillet grilling holder.

Brush fish with olive oil and chipotle salsa.

Grill fish for 5 minutes per side.

While fish is grilling, place chipotle salsa in a microwave safe bowl.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes; set aside.

Serve each grilled fish fillet with 3 tablespoons of heated chipotle salsa and shredded cheese.
