Glazed Donut Bacon Breakfast Grilled Cheese

4 H-E-B Glazed Donuts, sliced in half
2 Tsp unsalted butter, softened
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
2 sliced Jalapeño Jack cheese, torn in pieces

Instructions

Preheat non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

Place donuts, glazed side down, on plate and carefully butter inside of donut slices.

Place 2 slices of donut, butter side down, in pan. Top with chopped bacon and torn slices of cheese.

Cook 1 minute or until browned then top with other donut slice, butter side out, and flip. Cook additional minute or until browned.
