1/2 cup(s) White Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup(s) asian pear sake
1/2 cup(s) light brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp ginger, grated
2 large hot house cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced

Combine white wine vinegar, sake, brown sugar and ginger in a large bowl; stir to dissolve sugar, and set aside.

Add cucumber slices and red onion slices to vinegar-sake mixture, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
