Recipe makes 36 Servings

1/2 cup(s) salted butter
3/4 cup(s) sugar
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp salt
1/2 cup(s) Rodelle Gourmet Baking Cocoa
2 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking sheet.

In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar on medium speed.

Add eggs and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time and mixing 2 minutes over medium speed before each addition.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa.

Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients with wet about a half cup at a time then add in chocolate chips.

Dollop a heaping tablespoon of dough on prepared cookie sheet and slightly press down each cookie.

Bake 10 to 12 minute for a chewy cookie or an extra few minutes for crispy cookies.
