11 1/2 Oz Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsels
12 Oz semi sweet chocolate chips
3 sticks salted butter, cut into small chunks

Instructions

Place all chocolate chips and butter in a medium sized crock pot.

Set crock pot to low or the lowest setting and melt slowly, stirring every few minutes. It could take 15 - 25 minutes to melt into a smooth fondue.

As chocolate melts, use a whisk so mixture emulsifies.

Set crock pot to warm or turn off and allow the residual heat to keep chocolate melted. If chocolate starts to thicken, turn on low for a few minutes. Dip favorite dessert treats and enjoy.

Chef's note: For thicker or thinner fondue simply add or reduce butter by 2 ounces at a time until reaching desired consistency.
