4 H-E-B Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon, prepared according to package directions
4 H‑E‑B Texas Sized English Muffins
4 H-E-B Colby & Monterey Jack Natural Cheese
1 H-E-B Classic Romaine
1 vine ripe tomato

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400˚F.

Place chicken breasts on sheet pan and cook according to package directions.

Slice English muffin and layer one slice with chicken, bacon and cheese; place on sheet pan and return to oven and cook until cheese starts to melt.

Place English muffin top and slice with melty cheese on plate and top with tomato, lettuce and top muffin bun.
