Recipe makes 20 Servings

5 avocadoes, peeled and pitted
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup(s) white onions, finely chopped
1 cup(s) tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1 Lb bacon
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp ground black pepper
1 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

Place avocados and lemon juice in a medium bowl and mash with a fork until creamy. Stir in onions, tomatoes and cilantro. Set aside.

Cut bacon into squares with scissors. Place in a medium skillet and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a plate to drain excess fat and let cool.

Once bacon is cool, add to guacamole along with garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Mix well and serve immediately.
