4 large fresh mozzarella balls, drained & chopped
3 large tomatoes, rinsed & chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp basil pesto
2 Tbsp garlic, chopped
1 fresh basil, chopped

Place mozzarella and tomatoes in a bowl. Stir slightly to combine.

Drizzle olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil pesto and chopped garlic over salad, to taste.
