Artichoke Garlic Bread

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 medium loaf ciabatta bread
8 Oz salted butter, softened to room temperature
2 Tsp fresh garlic, cushed or finely minced
6 .7000 Oz Le Conserve Della Nonna Artichoke Cream
6 Oz Feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup(s) Kalamata olives, chopped
1/4 cup(s) parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Cut ciabatta loaf in half horizontally longways.

In a medium bowl, mix butter, garlic, and artichoke cream. Spread evenly on cut sides of bread.

Top bread with Feta cheese, olives and parsley. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and bread begins to brown around the edges.

Optional: Finish with 1 to 2 minutes under the broiler for crispier bread.
