Ingredients

Recipe makes 24 Servings

6 Oz non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup(s) sugar
1/4 cup(s) canola oil
2 1/2 cup(s) self-rising flour
1/4 cup(s) salted butter
1/2 cup(s) whole almonds
1 orange decorating icing
1 green decorating icing
1 black decorating icing

Instructions

Heat the oven to 375°F.

Line a cookie sheet with foil.

Combine the vanilla yogurt, sugar, butter and oil in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes until blended.

Add the flour to the mixture and mix on low speed until incorporated.

Shape the cookie dough into 2 1/2-inch fingers and place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet.

Place a whole almond at the tip with the pointed end out to resemble a fingernail.

Bake the cookies for 14 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown.

Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 1 minute before placing on a wire rack to cool completely.

Decorate with icing to create wrinkles and hairs on fingers.
