White Smoked Salmon Pizza

Recipe makes 4 Servings

3 Oz smoked salmon, cut into 1 inch squares
1 roma tomato, chopped
1/2 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
10 Oz pb pizza crust all ready
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Light Alfredo Sauce
2 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Mozzarella Cheese
1/8 Tsp Central Market Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 500°F.

Prepare pizza toppings. Separate salmon slices and cut into pieces. Chop tomato and slice mushrooms.

Prepare crust according to directions on pizza dough package.

Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over dough and top with tomato, mushrooms, salmon, mozzarella and red pepper flakes.

Bake 12-15 minutes on a rectangular baking sheet in the upper third of the oven.

Check pizza at 12 minutes and remove when edges of crust are golden brown.
