2 cup(s) Cafe Olé by H-E-B Commemorative Collection Caramel Coconut Whole Bean Coffee, and/or Colombian Dark Whole Bean
16 Oz H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Vanilla Candy Coating

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper. Arrange beans on pan, place in oven and roast for 20 minutes.

During the last 4 minutes that the beans are roasting, microwave candy coating per package instructions.

Remove beans from oven and cool for 2 to 4 minutes.

Empty melted candy coating into a medium-size mixing bowl and add beans. Mix by hand until beans are fully covered.

Place a piece of parchment paper on the counter and spray with a little non-stick spray.

Using your hands, gently transfer beans a little at a time to the parchment paper until all the beans are on the paper.

Allow 20 minutes to cool at room temperature before breaking apart and serving.

Store in a sealable container at room temperature.
