Recipe makes 6 Servings

12 Oz Soy chorizo
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 medium White onions, chopped
1 Green peppers, seeded and chopped
1 1/4 Oz Texas Chili Seasoning Mix
14 1/2 Oz Diced tomatoes
15 Oz No salt added black beans
15 1/4 Oz Fiesta corn

Instructions

Heat oil in a large, deep skillet or 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat.

Saute onion and pepper for 3 minutes. Then squeeze chorizo and add the remaining above ingredients.

Lower heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
