1 Lb lean ground turkey
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
2 cup(s) frozen broccoli florets
1 cup(s) vodka sauce
10 Oz steamable whole grain brown rice

Instructions

Bring a large non-stick skillet to medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and salt; brown meat 8 minutes.

Add broccoli and vodka sauce, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and steam 3 minutes.

Prepare frozen brown rice according to package instructions.
