Ingredients

Recipe makes 10 Servings

2 cup(s) pumpkins seeds
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

Wash seeds thoroughly. Then spread on a paper towel and allow to dry for a day or two.

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Melt butter in sauce pan.

Add salt and seeds and toss to coat.

Spoon and spread seeds a single layer deep onto a cookie sheet.

Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every ten minutes.

Bake until seeds are lightly browned and crisp.

Remove from oven and allow seeds to cool.
