Tilapia Topped with Fresh Pico de Gallo

1 cup(s) fresh Roma tomatoes, small diced
1/2 cup(s) white onions, small diced
2 Tbsp jalapeño, seeded and small diced
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tsp salt
2 tilapia filets

Instructions

To make pico de gallo, place all the diced produce plus lime juice and a pinch of salt in a small mixing bowl. Stir and set aside briefly.

Heat a small non-stick pan to medium-high and spray pan with non-stick spray.

Season fish with salt and add to hot pan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

To serve, top tilapia with pico de gallo.
