Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Organic Heirloom Tomatoes, diced small
1/2 cup(s) white onion, diced or minced small
1/2 cup(s) fresh basil, roughly chopped
1/4 cup(s) fresh lime juice
12 Oz H-E-B Natural Pork & Beef Uncured Hot Dogs, plus more as needed
4 hot dog buns, plus more as needed
2 large Haas avocados, pit and skin removed and thinly sliced

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onions and basil together. Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Allow to sit until ready to garnish.

Grill hot dogs until just nicely marked on all sides approximately 4 to 6 minutes.

Place hot dogs into bun, garnish with tomato and onion mixture and slices of avocado.

Garnish with mustard and ketchup as desired. Repeat with additional hot dogs.
