1 1/2 Lb ground sirloin 90% lean
1 1/4 cup(s) Cookwell & Company Texas Two-Step Chili
1/2 cup(s) sweet onion, diced
2 Tbsp dried jalapeno
1 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheddar

Instructions

Combine sirloin with chili mix, onion (and jalapeno, if desired); mix until well blended.

Form mixture into 4 burger patties.

Cook burgers on grill 5-6 minutes per side or on stove top over medium heat.
