Texas Toast Chicken BLT

8 H-E-B Garlic Texas Toast
1 1/2 Lb H-E-B Simply Seasoned Hatch Thin Sliced Chicken Breast, or flavor of your choice
14 slices H-E-B Fully Cooked Bacon, (2.1 oz package)
4 medium leaves of butter lettuce, or use Romaine lettuce
1 beefsteak tomato, 4 slices
4 Tbsp Duke's Real Mayonnaise

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Preheat grill to medium-high. Line a sheet pain with foil.

Lay frozen Texas Toast on prepared pan and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

While toast is cooking, lightly spray oil on grill cooking surface. Grill chicken for 1.5 to 2 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Place bacon on paper towels on a microwaveable plate and cook 1 to 2 minutes, just long enough to heat and crisp up bacon slightly.

To assemble sandwiches, layer lettuce, tomato and bacon on bottom pieces of toast.

Cut chicken into thin strips diagonally and evenly divide among the 4 sandwiches. Spread mayonnaise generously on one side of remaining pieces of toast and set mayo-side down on sandwiches. Serve immediately.
