8 bay scallops
1 Tbsp Tajin seasoning
3 Tbsp salted butter

Instructions

Place a medium-size non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

If scallops have any little pieces sticking off the side, remove them then season both sides of scallops with Tajin.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan and sear scallops for 3 minutes on each side.

During the last minute, add remaining butter and use a metal tablespoon to baste scallops as butter melts.
