2 Tbsp olive oil, divided use
1 1/2 Lb Mi Tienda Bistec Norteño
4 H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Vegan Naan Bread Jalapeño
17 .6000 Oz Mi Tienda Refried Frijoles, heated according to package directions
8 Oz queso oaxaca, shredded
2 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup(s) Central Market Hatch Green Chile Medium Salsa Verde, as needed
4 Oz Tres Hermanas Spirited Tequila Jalapeños, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Heat half of the oil in a large skillet on medium high. Add in the beef and cook for 15 minutes, breaking up as it cooks. Continue to cook until all liquid has cooked off and meat begins to get crunchy.

Lay flat bread out on a flat surface and brush with olive oil. Place flat bread directly in the oven on the racks and toast for 1 to 3 minutes, then remove.

To build the flat breads, place a layer of refried beans followed by the cooked meat and cheese. Return to oven to melt cheese.

Remove heated flat breads and top with avocado, salsa and jalapeños.

Let cool 5 minutes before slicing.
