24 Oz H-E-B Natural Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup(s) white onion, diced small
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper, diced small
2 Tsp soy sauce
9 Oz H-E-B Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce
1/3 cup(s) green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Place chicken onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until nicely browned and crispy.

Meanwhile, make sauce by placing a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, garlic, onions and bell peppers sauté until soft.

Add soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce, bring sauce to a simmer then turn heat to low.

Remove chicken from oven and while still hot add to sauce, toss everything to coat chicken, remove from heat and garnish with green onions.
