Recipe makes 8 Servings

14 Oz pizza crust, 12"
1/4 cup(s) apricot fruit spread
1 Tbsp soy sauce lite
8 Oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 H-E-B® Fully Cooked Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
8 Oz pineapple tidbits fruit cup, drained

Instructions

Heat oven to 425°F.

Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet.

Combine apricot fruit spread and soy sauce in a small bowl and spread over pizza crust.

Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese over sauce and arrange bacon pieces and pineapple over cheese.

Sprinkle remaining cheese over pizza.

Bake on lower oven rack 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and begins to brown.
