Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Ciabatta Roll
8 Oz basil pesto
1 6.7 oz jar H-E-B Roasted Red Pepper Tapenade
10 Oz Hill Country Fare Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced thinly
2 Roma tomatoes, thin sliced
5 Oz H-E-B Organics Baby Spinach
1 prosciutto or ham, sliced

Instructions

Split rolls in half (horizontally) and heat rolls briefly in a toaster oven.

Spread pesto and tapenade over the cut sides of each roll (pesto on top of half; tapenade over bottom half).

Fill sandwiches with cheese slices, tomatoes, baby spinach and prosciutto.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
