1 H-E-B Refrigerated Pie Crust
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Greek Yogurt, Plain
4 Oz H-E-B Neufchâtel Cheese
2 cup(s) strawberries, sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place pie crust in tart pan, gently pressing dough on bottom, into fluted sides, and where sides meet bottom of pan.

Trim dough even with top edge of pan.

Using a fork, prick sides and bottom of dough repeatedly to prevent shrinking.

Bake 8 -10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare filling. Using a mixer, blend confectioners sugar, butter, yogurt and cheese.

Allow pastry shell to cool completely; add filling.

Arrange a layer of strawberries on top and chill until ready to serve.
