28 Oz H-E-B Whole Peeled Tomatoes
1 cup(s) fresh okra, stem off and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1 bay leaf
1 Lb White Easy Peel Shrimp, peeled

Instructions

Place a medium stock pot over medium heat.

Add tomatoes, okra, black pepper, salt and bay leaf. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.

Stir in shrimp and cook an additional 10 minutes until shrimp are pink and okra is tender.

Serve hot with crusty bread, if desired.
