16 Oz H-E-B Watermelon Chunks
8 fresh mint leaves
6 Byers' Best Candied Jalapeños
6 Oz vodka
3 Oz simple syrup
4 fl oz ginger beer

Instructions

Place watermelon, mint leaves and candied jalapenos in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a cocktail shaker.

Add vodka and simple syrup, and shake about 30 seconds.

Pour into 2 glasses filled with ice then top off with ginger beer.
