4 Texas Quail Farms Whole Quail, Farm Raised
1 Tsp black pepper
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Spicy French Dressing

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Place quail on a sheet pan and season with black pepper.

Bake until quail begin to get color, around 7 minutes. Brush spicy French dressing over the top of each then return to oven.

Repeat every 3 minutes until quail reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.
