Ingredients

1 non-stick cooking spray
1/2 cup(s) white onion, chopped
2 garlic, chopped
1/2 Tsp chili powder
1 jalapeño pepper, minced
16 Oz pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup(s) salsa, medium

Instructions

Coat a medium skillet or saucepan with non-stick spray.

Add onion and garlic and cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is soft but not brown and garlic is golden.

Add chili powder and jalapeños and stir 30 seconds then add beans and salsa.

Mash well and continue cooking until hot and slightly thick.
