2 Lb pork belly
4 Tbsp Adams Reserve Asian House Rub
1 Nongshim Shin Ramyun Noodle Soup Family Pack, or 4 individual packages
11 .3000 Oz Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Soy Sriracha Glaze
8 Oz shredded cabbage

Instructions

Season underside of pork belly with Asian House Rub. Set a wire rack on a baking sheet. Place the pork belly on the rack, cover, and let sit in the fridge overnight.

Preheat oven to 250°F. Remove cover from pork belly. Place in preheated oven and cook for 2 hours. Turn heat up to 350°F and cook for an additional 45 minutes to an hour.

Cook noodles according to package directions. Stir in soy sriracha glaze when mixing in seasoning packet. Slice pork belly into 1/4-inch thick slices.

Portion noodles into 4 bowls and top with 6 to 8 slices of pork belly. Finish with shredded cabbage.
