Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 1/4 Oz McCormick Taco Seasoning
1/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1/4 cup(s) water
1/4 cup(s) Pompeii Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
8 cup(s) romaine lettuce, torn

Instructions

In glass dish or plastic bag, combine taco seasoning with oil, water and lemon juice.

Add chicken breasts, and turn to coat all sides.

Marinate 20 minutes.

Broil or grill chicken 7 to 10 minutes per sides or until done.

Cut into thin slices.

Divide lettuce evenly among four large salad plates.

Top each serving with several chicken slices and garnish with choice of toppings.
